Heavenly Emilia Romagna is a territory characterized by its rich culinary and local traditions held since ancient times.

The variety of fragrances and colours of the mountain and sea landscapes are reflected in the colourful and varied cuisine that has made this region famous for its culinary excellence. Some of the most renowned examples include Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Modena aromatic vinegar, culatello di Zibello, Cervia sea salt. There are so many that it’s impossible to remember all of them! Famous wines of the region include Lambrusco and Sangiovese. Only in this region will you find 19 Musei del Gusto (taste museums).

This region offers its guests 15 different wine and food routes spread throughout the region (Lambrusco, Gutturnio, Albana di Romagna just to mention the most famous wines). But once you are here be sure not to miss the beautiful art cities and old villages like Brisighella with its cliffs and Castell’Arquato, a unique example of rare beauty, witness of ancient times.
